Service Agreement & Limitations

Welcome to the official terms of service for BEREA DEPOT ASSOCIATES L.L.C.. By engaging our freight transportation or warehousing services, you're agreeing to the framework we've built over 17 years of logistics expertise. We don't just move cargo; we manage commitments.

How do we handle liability? Any transit or forwarding task is subject to our standard limitations based on weight and cargo classification. It's crucial for you to ensure that all documentation provided for delivery is accurate to the gram. Errors in reporting can lead to delays that we aren't responsible for.

Furthermore, our warehouses for freight transportation operate under strict safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse cargo that doesn't meet our environmental safety standards. You'll find that we're rigorous about this because we value the integrity of every shipment in our facility.

Shipping and Transit Terms

Have you reviewed our specific transit windows? Delivery times are estimates based on standard conditions. While we're proud of our 98% on-time rate, acts of God or infrastructure failure are exceptions to our standard delivery guarantees.

Payments for forwarding services are due within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise specified. We believe in fair partnerships, and that includes timely settlements for the hard work our drivers and logisticians perform daily.
